A 5 minute walk will take you to the popular Byres Road area with its lively Bars, Bistros and Shops. Kelvingrove Parkoffers picturesque walks, tennis, bowling and riverbank paths for the keen jogger.

Directions
The hotel is only 15 minutes by taxi from Glasgow Airport and 5 minutes drive from junction 18 on the M8. It is approximately 5-10 minutes by taxi from Buchanan Street bus station, Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central railway stations.
By Car (travelling west on the M8):
- After junction 16 enter the fast lane.
- Exit junction 18 for Charing Cross/Kelvingrove.
- Stay in the right hand lane and go straight ahead to the 2nd set of traffic lights.
- Turn right into Berkeley Street.
- Turn right into Elderslie Street and then take the1st left into Sauchiehall Street.
- The Argyll Guest House is 3 streets away on the right.
- Please check-in at the Argyll Hotel located directly across the road on the left.
